Send a cheque together with a stamped addressed envelope and a completed printed for to

or
For purchasing over the phone, or asking questions about CoA
Phone the Children of Artemis Office on 0870 4427290 (at standard national rates), between 2pm and 6pm Mon – Fri and pay over the phone with a credit or debit card.
